The latest edited volume to emerge from the UW-Madison
Center for the History of Print Culture in Modern America is out:
Education and the Culture of Print in Modern America, edited by UW's own Adam Nelson and John Rudolph. I'm excited in part because I was lucky enough to earn a chapter in the book with my article "Teaching reading with television: Constructing closed captioning using the rhetoric of literacy." Hope you like it!
